Sonatus AI Technicians utilize Sonatus Collector AI to gather real-time vehicle data along with Sonatus Automator AI to perform further diagnostic scans, and fuse it with large language models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to incorporate OEM’s proprietary knowledge resources, such as owner and factory service manuals. It uses the combined dataset to troubleshoot and recommend actions that are uniquely applicable to the fault incident.
