Fastlane Insight is a capability provided to vehicle OEMs to improve their capabilities in design, analysis, validation, and diagnostics. OEMs have the freedom to use this technology in ways that are appropriate to their needs. Some OEMs may choose to use it entirely internally within their engineering design workforce. Others may expose portions of it to their service centers to improve the diagnostic experience. OEMs retain full control to manage how this capability is used in their fleet.
Fastlane Insight runs in the cloud to enable high performance LLMs that enable superior data insights, while protecting proprietary OEM data like technical manuals, service records, fleet-wide analysis, and more.
Absolutely. Fastlane Insight is portable across any preferred cloud provider, whether public or private. Our existing customer engagements have successfully deployed our technologies on a range of cloud solutions.
Fastlane Insight is different in many important ways. First, typical off-the-shelf AI platforms will not have access to proprietary OEM information, which could be disadvantageous to expose to public AI platforms. Second, generic AI platforms are typically unable to correctly interpret and process complicated technical manuals, service records, and other technical details. The Sonatus approach and our custom, vehicle-specific models are able to correctly interpret this complicated information, which provides a superior result.
Yes, existing vehicles without advanced embedded software capabilities can still benefit from Fastlane Insight to improve post-sales service, vehicle quality, and customer experience. OEMs can utilize the existing data sources they have available, whether they are simple or advanced, as input to the analytics of Fastlane Insight.
