Jeff 在美國德州候斯頓市出生和成長，並在矽谷擁有卓越的職業生涯，曾領導多個創新團隊，這些團隊後來被 Cisco、Brocade 等公司收購並廣受認可。他的努力促成了多項產品和解決方案的誕生，這些產品和解決方案成為推動 IT 數據中心各類轉型的核心。作為工程師和聯合創辦的行政總裁，他開創了多項新技術。在金融、媒體和雲端產業的劇變中，Jeff 意識到汽車行業的數碼化轉型。解鎖數碼汽車的關鍵在於基於現代軟件定義數據中心的先進基礎設施。2018 年，Jeff 與 Yu Fang 共同創辦了 Sonatus，目標為簡化並加速汽車行業的數碼轉型。

Jeff 在德州大學奧斯汀分校獲得了電腦工程學士學位（BSEE），並在史丹佛大學獲得電腦工程碩士學位（MSEE）。

身為經驗豐富的企業家、技術人員和高階主管，Yu 擁有 20 年的工作經驗，能領導高效團隊，並在資料中心、電商和汽車市場打造出尖端技術、產品。 在創辦 Sonatus 以前，Yu 曾經是行動工程主管，負責領導團隊在行動平台上，打造以 AI 為導向的軟體，藉此改善商用車隊的駕安全。 在哪之前，Yu 還做過 Tanjarine 工程部門的資深副總和 Cardfree 的技術長，他曾領導過行動雲端電商平台的開發部門，為成千上萬的商家和數以萬計的客戶提供服務。 Yu 之前還待過 Nuova（後來被思科併購）和 Sanera（後來被 Brocade 併購），曾經領導過效率高、可大幅擴展的多元創新開發部門，擁有健全的伺服器、儲存空間和網路系統。 更早之前，Yu 還曾當過昇陽電腦的首席設計師，做過多元模組，也就是業界數一數二的多核心微處理器。

Yu 擁有清華大學的應用物理系理學士學位、羅徹斯特大學電機及電腦工程系理學碩士學位，還到加州柏克萊大學哈斯商學院唸過企業管理碩士班 (MBA)。

身為經驗豐富的技術暨行銷領袖，John 把自己之前在新創公司和前老東家工作的資歷背景，帶到 Sonatus 公司。 他在 Arm 公司擁有 14 年的工作經驗，最近曾領導北美的汽車合作夥伴，一同參與委外代工製造廠商、一級供應商和其他方的合作項目，把部署的 Arm 導向解決方案引入汽車應用程式，包含自動駕駛汽車。 他的團隊對推動這項 SOAFEE 產業的軟體定義汽車這項倡議來說，扮演舉足重輕的角色，Sonatus 也是成員之一。 不論是擔任副總，還是總幹事、執行長，他都能帶領團隊，負責執行競爭策略。 他曾擔任企業行銷不的副總長達 3 年之久，領導集中化的集客式行銷，跨足行銷廣告活動、新聞稿、活動、網站、數位行銷、生態系統計畫諸多領域，同時與投資人關係良好，保持密切往來。 在到 Arm 工作以前，John 曾到一間專攻微處理器的新創公司 Transmeta 待過 11 年，他曾擔任過幾種資深職位，跨足商業開發、行銷和客戶成功等各大領域。

John 擁有梅隆大學的電腦工程系理學士，還在史丹佛大學電子工程系同時取得理學碩士和博士學位。

Mahesh Karanth 將 30 多年的財務專業知識帶到 Sonatus，他曾在跨國上市公司和私人公司擔任高階管理職位。他在財務領導方面有著卓越的成就，尤其是在首次公開募股 (IPO)、併購 (M&A)、募資、投資者關係、商業規劃和法規遵循方面。

Mahesh 負責監督 Sonatus 的財務、法律和人力資源團隊。在加入 Sonatus 之前，Mahesh 曾擔任 Rockley Photonics 的財務長，並於 2021 年使公司成功上市。他曾在 Achronix、Enlighted、應美盛 (InvenSense)、Telsima、惠普 (Hewlett Packard) 及康柏電腦 (Compaq) 擔任高階管理職務，經驗豐富。他還曾擔任安永會計師事務所 (Ernst & Young) 的合夥人。

Mahesh 擁有班加羅爾大學 (Bangalore University) 授予的學士和碩士學位，還是一位註冊會計師 (CPA)、特許會計師 (FCA) 和董事會祕書 (ACS)。

David 是一位擁有 30 多年經驗的資深技術管理人員，是一位久經考驗的公司建立者和擴展者。他最近在Nutanix擔任首席營運官，負責1500多名員工的廣泛職務，涵蓋SaaS工程、客戶支援、專業服務、IT和製造。

David 曾在產品開發、計畫管理、測試工程、品質保證、支援和專業服務等領域管理大型工程和運營團隊。他的職業生涯始於惠普 (Hewlett Packard) 和太陽電腦 (Sun Microsystems) 等大型老牌公司，之後進入新創公司的世界。David 曾在數家被 Dell、Cisco 和 Brocade 收購的新創公司工作，之後加入 Data Domain (NASDAQ: DDUP) 和 Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX) 的資深管理團隊，帶領這些公司從早期階段邁向上市。

菲利普擁有逾30年資深銷售與業務開發經驗，曾任職於汽車產業領域的多家頂尖企業，業務範圍涵蓋軟體、半導體及系統領域。他為Sonatus帶來豐富的全球專業知識，並與汽車製造商、一級供應商及其生態系統建立深厚合作關係。

近期任職於光達感測器領導企業Luminar，擔任全球銷售與業務發展副總裁。此前在WindRiver任職近七年，擔任頂級銷售職務，專注於車載通訊系統、車載娛樂系統及先進駕駛輔助系統領域。他曾任NVIDIA汽車事業部汽車銷售與業務發展副總裁，同時兼任密西根州安娜堡NVIDIA技術中心站點負責人。更早之前，他曾在富士通微電子美國公司、Kionix、威勝科技及Optrex美國公司擔任高階銷售職務。現居於美國密西根州。

菲利普畢業於密西根州希爾斯代爾市的希爾斯代爾學院，獲文學士學位。

Alexandre 是一位資深技術主管，擁有超過 30 年的工作經驗，包括在歐洲和日本的汽車製造商和一級供應商工作。他最近的職務是在領先的一級供應商 OPmobility 擔任創新與軟體執行副總裁。在此之前，他是 Renault-Nissan 聯盟電子與系統部門的領導人，並擔任軟體實驗室總裁。他的職業生涯始於研究中心，並曾在空中巴士擔任不同的管理職務。

Alexandre 擁有 ISAE (Insitut Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de L’Espace) Poitiers 的機械工程碩士學位，以及 ISAE Toulouse 的計算流體力學博士學位。他目前在法國工作。

Ksenia 是一位經驗豐富的人力資源領導者，在人工智慧領域擁有深厚的專業知識，並在科技、媒體、金融、諮詢等多個產業都有傑出的表現。她曾與公營和私營機構，以及由風投支持的公司合作。她最近的職位是 kea.ai (Palo Alto) 的人力與營運主管，以及 Chatfuel (San Francisco) 的人力主管，這兩家公司都是人工智慧領域的先驅。在此之前，Ksenia 曾在全球媒體服務公司 Mindshare 和招聘公司 Beagle 擔任資深人力資源職位。

Alison 自 2019 年 6 月起加入 Sonatus 的行列，在資深工程管理部擁有豐富的經驗。 職涯剛開始時，她曾建立並領導開發測試團隊，並將基礎設施加以擴充，成為能銜接入其他複雜的解決方案，能處理思科面對高能見度客戶的問題，還能解決最近 Ciena 面臨到的問題。 Alison 在職涯期間取得卓越的成績，成功在工程流程、專案管理、品質指標、產品生命週期管理和預算編列等領域，展現自身專業實力。 在 Sonatus 工作時，她曾善用技能，擔任不同工作角色，以確保達成公司承諾，她在處理客戶導向的合夥方面表現得非常機靈，擁有豐富的工作經驗。

Alison 擁有普渡大學電子工程學系的理學士學位。

Bobby is a commercial vehicle and IoT technology leader with 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales organizations across global markets. He partners with OEMs, fleets, and industrial enterprises to deliver measurable business outcomes, 

leveraging connected data to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue opportunities. As a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP), Bobby combines deep industry expertise with a proven ability to translate complex telematics and software solutions into clear, differentiated customer value.

Prior to joining Sonatus, Bobby held leadership roles at Whip Around, KORE Wireless, Morey Company, and DSX Analytics, as well as earlier positions at Telogis (a Verizon company), VIP, and eoStar. Across these organizations, he has built a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions, advancing AI-enabled and data-driven strategies, and leading complex, high-impact technology deployments worldwide.

Bobby began his career as an entrepreneur and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hope College.

Chris is a veteran technology and enterprise sales leader with a 25-year track record of driving growth, customer engagement, and enterprise-wide transformation across the automotive and IT sectors. As Sonatus’s country manager for Korea, Chris leads regional strategy and partnerships with automakers adopting AI-defined vehicle software. Before joining Sonatus, Chris served as head of country sales at NTT and spent more than a decade at Cisco in senior roles supporting Hyundai Motor Group globally, building C-level relationships and advancing connected-car initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at FileNet and IBM, managing national sales, channel operations, and customer success across Korea and the broader APAC region. 

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Seoul National University and an MBA from Sejon Syracuse Global MBA.

Karine is a seasoned automotive and technology business leader who brings 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, cloud adoption and software innovation for global enterprises. In her role, Karine partners with automakers, suppliers and engineering service companies to advance their AI-defined vehicle strategies and accelerate software innovation across in-vehicle and cloud platforms. Prior to Sonatus, Karine spent six years at AWS guiding major global OEMs through large-scale cloud and data modernization. She has also held roles at Cisco and TANDBERG, where she managed strategic customer and partner accounts, built C-level relationships and supported customers across pharmaceuticals, finance and industry in their shift to agile, data-driven operations. 

Karine began her career in pricing strategy at Renault and holds Master’s degrees from KEDGE Business School and the University of Toulon.

Marc is an experienced finance and operations leader with extensive experience managing complex financial structures, treasury management, regulatory and tax compliance, in-country start-ups and multinational business operations across the technology, regulated financial services, and digital-platform sectors. At Sonatus, he oversees regional strategy, operational execution, and organizational growth in support of the company’s expanding European and global footprint. Before joining Sonatus, Marc served as head of finance for global payments (Europe) at TikTok and director of finance at Savvi Credit Union, following earlier roles at Nationwide Building Society, BNY Mellon, and Invesco, where he led financial control, reporting, shared-services operations, and global systems implementations. 

Marc is  a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Post Grad in Financial Technology (Fintech) from Technology University Dublin.

Michaël has more than 20 years of experience in automotive and software-engineering, spanning embedded systems, infotainment, telematics, and software-defined vehicle technologies. As head of EMEA sales for Sonatus, he partners with automakers across Europe to enable their transition to dynamic AI-defined vehicles. Before joining Sonatus, Michaël held senior commercial and technical leadership roles at Elektrobit and Bertrandt, where he led sales strategy, solution development, and multidisciplinary engineering programs for major OEMs. Earlier in his career at Groupe PSA, Michael managed vehicle programs, infotainment and connected-navigation projects, and procurement for telematics and electronic systems. He is a graduate engineer from Ecole Superieure de Méchanque et d’Electricité a Paris, specializing in telecommunications, and holds a degree in business and purchasing from the Purchasing Business School.

Stephen is a veteran operations and manufacturing leader with deep experience across automotive, electronics, and advanced industrial technologies across Taiwan, China, and global markets. As Sonatus’s country manager for Taiwan, he leads regional strategy, customer engagement, and operational execution as automakers accelerate the adoption of AI in vehicles. Before joining Sonatus, Stephen served as vice president and account GM at Compal and COO at SuperAlloy Industrial, following more than a decade in senior leadership roles at Foxconn overseeing complex engineering, production, and customer programs. Earlier in his career he held management positions at Catcher Technology, Basso Industry, DKSH, and Euro Ltd., building deep expertise in precision manufacturing, program management, and global supply chain operations. 

Stephen also serves as an independent director at Concraft Holding and earned an executive MBA from National Taiwan University. He also holds a degree in mechanical engineering from National KaoHsiung Institute of Technology.
